Our premier proprietary tool built to reduce the friction of data loading to Workday® Financials, especially to accounting journals. BitLoad is a tool within Excel that allows users to specify attachments to be loaded to Workday® at the same time the journal is loaded, eliminating the need to open each journal and make manual attachments. Journals are just the first use case - BitLoad can be used on most data loads that allow attachment data to be loaded to Workday®.
User Interface with Excel: An Add-In allows accountants to add attachment data where they are already developing the data loads - in Excel.
Template Type Scalable: BitLoad can be used on .xml or .xlsx file types.
No Data Transfer: BitLoad does not transfer data or host your attachment files. It resides on your users' machines and encodes directly there, providing an uploadable template for accountants to load to Workday® as they currently do. Only now, the attachments will make their way into Workday® automatically. No second data warehouse, folder structure, or naming convention needed.
